Products and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping

We ship to states where direct-to-consumer wine shipping is permitted by law. Please note that shipping wine requires an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.

Returns and Refunds

If your wine arrives damaged, please contact us at info@lopaicellars.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Wine Club

Wine club memberships are subject to separate terms provided at the time of enrollment. Club members agree to receive and pay for scheduled shipments as described in their membership agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Lopai Cellars shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of any products.
